What are the quick weight loss supplements, programs and pills? Has any one actually done any of these and had them work? Do you have to crash diet or exercise a lot. Do you feel like you’ve eaten a lot in the day or very little? I know there are a ton of diets out there, but it’s always so hard to wonder which one works and which things are which and what is SAFE! Safety when dieting is the most important thing.

When it comes to purchasing cheap auto insurance you want to look around and make sure that you are not taking short cuts in the coverage you are getting. Cutting the price is a good thing, but cutting benefits is not. You should have the minimum state coverage amounts, at least, however I recommend going a little higher then that. You can never be too safe when it comes to that stuff. Better to be safe then sorry.

What is your favorite thing to do at the gym? Lately I have had a lot of work outs because I am working to lose some extra weight and I am getting so board with the nordic track and treadmill. I need to keep some cardio (mostly cardio) in there though, so I am wondering how everyone else mixes up their routines. I have a rotation for my weight training, but nothing for my cardio. Doesn’t cardio also work muscles? So I would want to rotate cardio machines too, correct? Oh this is all so confusing!!

Doess anyone else have any successful weight loss stories they would like to share? I think it is great to hear them and I think we encourage each other by hearing the sucess stories, so please if you have them post them. Don’t forget to include how you got there, what you ate, what your exercise plan was like, what you took (if anything) and all the details. For me this is my second journey. My last journey was on Weight Watchers and I lost 30 pounds. I ended up plateauing and never being able to get out.

There are so many diets that people are RAVING about these days it really is hard to tell if there are really any diets that work. I however, have given in to the famous “Quick Trim” diet. I can honestly say that between eating healthy and eating right and going to the gym daily I have been losing weight. It feels great and I am full of energy. Energy I never knew that I had. So I would say this FAD diet certainly is one that works and it not just a FAD that was celebrity endorsed. I am all for it and I feel great, WHILE losing weight!

Take care of your skin. Have you seen commercials for skin care products and wondered what other people thought but couldn’t find anyone that had used the product before? Well I have FOUND an answer!! Here at www.bestskincare.net they review products and post their findings for you. Now you can know and not be in the dark! If a review hasn’t been done, you can do one!! If they don’t have at least a review of 90% the site doesn’t recommend the product!! I find this usual on SO many levels! No more unwanted bottles of creams and lotions here!

Are you one of the millions of people that suffers from chronic pain? Whether it is joint pain, muscle pain or weakness of some form, left untreated it can only get worse. Whether you chose to do a medical treatment, non-medical treatment, such as vitamins, minerals, topical creams, joint compound builders, etc, or just try using over the counter medications, you should treat your pain. Pain is the bodies way of telling you something is not right.

We’ve all seen commercials and products that promote caring for your skin. There are creams, lotions, machines and so much more. Whether you are looking for deep wrinkle cream or under eye treatment there is a product that is marketed for you. How safe and effective are these products? Well one can only say that they work, another will say they don’t. The bottom line is that every individual is different and what works for one doesn’t work for another. So you may need a combination of products. Personally I stick with things that offer me a money back guarantee. After all, if I am spending $30 on a cream I want to be able to get my money back if after a few weeks I am not seeing ANY changes. Thoughts?
